A Motif Brief

Motifs are decorative patterns and arrangements that repeat themselves on the surface. I pay plentiful attention to the motifs in my overalls because of the coveted fashion statement they make for themselves.

I love geometric motifs and floral ones. Geometric motifs with different colours provide an abstract-like image to your costume. It gives a neater and a more formal look than floral ones.

Floral patterns or motifs are more decorative. Geometric motifs can be decorative too but only when they incorporate a number of colours. Floral motifs can be decorative even while using just a single colour.

I've gathered some interesting motifs below, all these motifs are floral and a few of them embody geometric lines in them too.
